Louis Parkins has over 40 years of expertise as a quantity surveyor cost consultant and project principal. As a seasoned veteran in the cost-engineering space, he is responsible for managing and directing all business and technical activities related to the preparation and delivery of PCS’ professional cost-engineering services, including all aspects of cost management and project controls. Louis is also a certified by the National Association of Construction Auditors as a Construction Control Professional.
Prior to joining PCS, Louis served in a variety of technical and management roles culminating in serving as President and General Manager of U.S. Cost, Inc., a leading provider of professional cost-engineering services in North America.
