Richard Brakewood Joins Project Cost Solutions
Before joining PCS, Brakewood worked as vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle where he successfully managed large multisite projects for global banking, telecom and retail clients. PCS will leverage Brakewood’s knowledge of how to blend information technology with people and processes to drive sustained efficiencies, increased profitability and greater overall client satisfaction.

Brakewood was one of the founding partners of Alliance Project Advisors. He has extensive experience working in a vendor-neutral advisory capacity, representing clients in diverse areas such as construction project management, project controls, strategic sourcing, acquisition and advisory services. He is well-known in the construction industry as being a trust-worthy high performer who works to ensure project success.

Brakewood received his bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University in New York. He is a licensed engineer in five states including, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
